Doula Packages
Birth Package ($1200)
During our 2 to 3 appointments before baby arrives, we will work on creating a relationship while I answer questions, help you find resources and create a birth plan for the big day. I will be available through phone calls, text and/or e-mail during typical business hours. Babies come in their own time and I will be available for your baby’s birthday from 36 weeks to 42 weeks. Once you are home and settled, I will visit you and baby 1-2 times depending on your preference to answer postpartum questions, baby care questions and for you to have the option to verbally and mentally process your birth experience.
Daytime Postpartum Package ($40/hour, Min. 12 hours)
Over 3, four hour visits, I will come alongside you and help you with light household tasks, like dishes, laundry, and organization. I will be available to help care for your baby’s needs while you rest, shower, or do other things that need to get done. If you are needing assistance with feeding whether you’re breastfeeding, formula feeding or both, I will be there. My job as your postpartum doula is to offer support and encouragement, while providing resources for areas that are beyond my scope of practice.
Nighttime Postpartum Package ($50/hour, min 3 nights/week)
Nighttime doula care is provided in 8-12 hour shifts scheduled between 8pm-9am to allow new parents time to rest overnight while I ensure that your new baby is fed, changed and soothed. I provide guidance and reassurance with newborn care. Along with infant care, I will provide support with feeding (breastfeeding or bottle feeding), and light household tasks like laundry, dishes or organizing.
